• PLC控制

  采用PLC对焊接焊加接热电加流热、加电热流时间、加充氮热时时间等间焊、接参充数时进间等焊接致进行定量控制及存储，设备有手动加热和自动加热两种模式

• 参数设置方便

  采用中文触摸屏幕，可调整生产过程中的所有工数并同时对工艺参数进行监控，且工艺参数调整有密码管理模式

  Adopts the Chinese touchscreen， all the process parameters in the production process can be adjusted， meanwhile， the process parameters are monitored， and adjustment on the process parameters adopts a password management mode

• 自动报警

  具有报警装置，出现故障时可及时报警，并在设备上自动显 示及存储错误信息，且报警信息可查询

  Provided with the alarm device， when the equipment goes wrong. the alarm device can timely given an alarm and fault information is automatically displayed and stored on the equipment， and alarm information can be inquired

• 氮气保护

  在焊接部位有保护罩，保证氮气保护焊接工件不过热和加热 表面不氧化，并根据程序自动开合，且氮气流量可调

• 红外测温

  带有红外测温系统，当加热温度超过上限温度时会停止加热
